Motherhood as a Mirror is an in-person women's group for mothers who want to explore what motherhood brings up inside — not parenting tips, but the deeper identity shift that comes with it. This is our first session.
First Session Theme: "Releasing Expectations"
We all carry invisible lists of what we're supposed to do, feel, and be as mothers. In this session, we'll surface those expectations — gently, anonymously — and explore the beliefs underneath them. Expect guided reflection, anonymous sharing, and honest conversation.

Who this is for: Mothers who want to reflect.
You don't have to be in crisis. You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to show up honestly.
Mothers at any stage — pregnant with your first child, deep in the thick of it, or years in and still figuring yourself out
Women who feel like motherhood changed them in ways they haven't fully named
Anyone who's tired of small talk and craves real conversation with other women
Those navigating the tension between who they were and who they're becoming
Women curious about the inner work — not just the logistics
