Motherhood as a mirror: Releasing Control

Motherhood as a Mirror

Motherhood as a Mirror is an in-person women's group for mothers who want to explore what motherhood brings up inside — not parenting tips, but the deeper identity shift that comes with it. This is our first session.

Session Theme: "Releasing Control"

In this session, we’ll gently examine the need for control, the anxiety that can sit underneath it, and the ways motherhood can invite us into more trust, flexibility, and self-compassion.

Expect guided reflection, anonymous sharing, and honest conversation in a supportive room of mothers.

Who this is for

Mothers who want to reflect.

You don't have to be in crisis.
You don't have to have it figured out.
You just have to be willing to show up honestly.

  • Mothers at any stage — pregnant with your first child, deep in the thick of it, or years in and still figuring yourself out

  • Women who feel like motherhood changed them in ways they haven't fully named

  • Anyone who's tired of small talk and craves real conversation with other women

  • Those navigating the tension between who they were and who they're becoming

  • Women curious about the inner work — not just the logistics
